Presenting the Model of Ayatollah Khamenei's Super-‎Strategic Managerial Intelligence in Controlling International ‎Challenges With a futuristic ‎ ‎(Requirements of modern management intelligence in competent management of international challenges)‎

Abstract

Purpose: Realizing the goals of the Islamic Revolution in line with the desired growth and ‎progress In the context of justice and spirituality that brought public welfare and Islamic ‎ethics It depends on the establishment of a super-smart management model and clever ‎analysis and creative foresight‏ ‏which was implemented in Iran today by Ayatollah ‎Khamenei‏ ‏And it controls and neutralizes all the destructive equations formulated and ‎engineered against Iran and many countries of the world‏.‏‎ Therefore, the aim of the ‎current research is to design the model of Ayatollah Khamenei's super-strategic managerial ‎intelligence in controlling international challenges.‎

Research Methodology‏:‏The current study is based on the purpose, applied and ‎qualitative in nature‏ .‏Information society, articles and researches have been done‏ ‏which ‎were identified with the purposeful sampling method regarding the subject of the present ‎study‏.‏There is no super-intelligent model of management in the international phase that ‎guides and directs the high management systems of the country It was identified as a ‎theoretical gap in the existing conditions. Therefore, to solve this gap and the lack of a ‎completely concrete theory, the present research From the interpretative-qualitative meta-‎analysis of the conducted researches which focused on one of the types of meta-study ‎methods.‎

Findings: After the initial search and monitoring of sources and research related to the ‎subject‏ ‏‎41, articles were identified and analyzed‏.‏‎ In the present study, after monitoring ‎and re-examining the initial codes, 61 codes, 23 categories and 10 dimensions were ‎identified‏.‏

Conclusion: The designed model was validated by the method of soliciting opinions from ‎experts‏.‏‎ It is expected that the learned model in the field of management, especially in the ‎international phase, will open the way for managers in Islamic societies.‎
