بررسی آینده پژوهانه تاریخ تعلیم و تربیت مسجدمحور و الزامات گفتمانی آن در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تشخیص الزامات رویکرد تربیتی مسجد محور است. این تحقیق با راهبرد کیفی، با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، و با گردآوری وقایع تاریخی به منظور احصاء تجارب و توصیه های ناظر به آینده، انجام شده است. از آن جا که می توان ظرفیت فراوان شبکه امامت و مساجد را برای انجام بسیاری از مسئولیت های اجتماعی خصوصا تربیت نسل آینده به کار گرفت؛ مضامین بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی به عنوان یکی از منابع مهم ترسیم کننده آینده در تعیین این الزامات مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل دوره تاریخی صدر اسلام تا کنون می باشد. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق حاضر، عوامل متعددی در احیاء جایگاه واقعی تربیتی مساجد نقش دارند ازجمله: شبکه ولایی دوسویه امت و شبکه امامت(شامل همه مربیان جامعه)، ارتقای شایستگی شبکه امامت و توسعه آن تا سطح اساتید، معلمان و مربیان، تعیین ماموریت مسجد به عنوان یک مرکز تفکر و یک نهاد یاددهنده و یادگیرنده، و نیز ایجاد وحدت در عین تنوع فرهنگی در جامعه. از جمله ثمرات این رویکرد می تواند این موارد باشد: همگانی بودن دانش، وحدت ایمان و علم، رشد تعهد و تخصص، کاهش هزینه های آموزش.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to identify the requirements of the mosque-centered educational approach. This research was done with a qualitative strategy, using the method of thematic analysis, and by collecting historical events in order to count the experiences and recommendations for the future. Since it is possible to use the great capacity of the network of imams and mosques to carry out many social responsibilities, especially the education of the future generation; The contents of the declaration of the second step of the Islamic revolution have been used as one of the important sources for drawing the future in determining these requirements. The statistical population of the research includes the historical period of Sadr Islam until now. Based on the findings of the present research, several factors play a role in reviving the real educational position of mosques, including: the two-way state network of the Ummah and the Imamate network (including all community educators), improving the competence of the Imamate network and expanding it to the level of professors, teachers and trainers, determining the mission The mosque as a center of thought and a teaching and learning institution, as well as creating unity while cultural diversity in the society. Among the fruits of this approach can be the following: the universality of knowledge, the unity of faith and science, the growth of commitment and expertise, and the reduction of education costs.
