The sharing of human beings in creation and talent and various factors in the stages of growth and education causes that the ability of reasoning, the growth path and the power of analysis and decision of people are not the same. And since the merits of individuals are different from each other in various matters, from the point of view of Islam, each person should be placed in a position that he deserves, and among the merits, the one who is the most worthy is preferred and foremost. It is obvious that the commanders and managers of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran should be transformed, excelled, and lead as worthy of the domain of Islamic values, because the realization of an important part of high human and divine values in the field of holy defense depends on the outstanding abilities and merits of the sincere commanders and managers of the armed forces. It is the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, it is necessary for the valuable and scholarly commanders and managers of the armed forces to realize the important and divinely assigned mission and to create organizational skills in themselves and to lead the organization of the armed forces towards a visionary, flexible, light, agile, dynamic and dedicated organization. The missions are related to the protection of the Islamic revolution. The main goal of this qualitative research is to design a model of the ideal image of the command in the future in the cultural organizations of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the method of deliberation in the Holy Quran. For this purpose, the components of the desired image of the commander in the future were identified and extracted based on the method of contemplation in the Holy Quran.
