Objective: The present study aims to propose a complementary model for the Fundamental Reform Document of Education (FRDE) based on Generation Alpha by the year 2039, assuming the continuation of current trends into the future (probable future), given the approaching horizon of 2025 for the FRDE.
Method: This research is applied in terms of its objective and is classified as a qualitative study. The study follows a two-step process to achieve its goal: the first step involves Causal Layered Analysis (CLA), and the second step employs the MICMAC analysis method.
Findings: Based on existing research on the FRDE and expert opinions gathered through layered interviews, a three-dimensional model has been identified and explained to complement the FRDE in alignment with Generation Alpha.
Conclusion: The current structure of the FRDE faces multiple challenges due to its lack of flexibility, weaknesses in blended learning approaches, incompatibility with digital-based learning styles, and insufficient infrastructure for ensuring educational equity. Generation Alpha, having grown up in an environment shaped by smart technologies, requires innovative educational methods based on interaction, personalized learning, and the utilization of emerging technologies. Many of the existing policies within the FRDE continue to emphasize traditional knowledge transmission approaches and have failed to align with the educational demands of this generation
