مفهوم، مولفه‌ها، چارچوب و مدل مفهومی سواد آینده‌ها (مرور نظامند)

چکیده

این مطالعه درصدد توصیف مفهوم سواد آینده‌ها شناسایی عوامل و مولفه‌‌های این سواد و ارایه چارچوب و مدل سواد آینده‌ها است. برای نیل به این هدف روش مرور نظامند (چارچوب پریزما) انتخاب شده و با بررسی بیش از ۱۷۲ مقاله و پالایش آنها و با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل مضامین، عبارات مهم از۸۴ مقاله استخراج شد. در ادامه با بررسی‌های چند باره مضامین به دست آمده چهار عامل خیال، فراگیری، اندیشه و کاربست شناسایی شد و در ذیل آنها مولفه‌های سواد آینده‌ها به همراه نشانگرها از ادبیات موضوعه استخراج شد. سپس چارچوب سواد آینده‌ها و پس از آن با استفاده از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری تفسیری و وزدهی همزمان مدل سواد آینده‌ها ارایه شد. که دارای سه سطح می‌باشد. در سطح اول مولفه‌های ارتباطات، رویاپردازی و روش‌های آینده پژوهی تاثیر‌گذارترین‌ مولفه‌ها هستند و در سطح دوم مولفه‌های یادگیری، عاملیت انسانی و خودکارآمدی و سطح سوم را مولفه‌های تفکر نقاد، آگاهی، برآورد و عدم قطعیت تشکیل می‌دهند. سپس اهمیت مولفه‌ها نیز با فرایند وزن‌دهی به دست آمد. مدل به دست آمده و وزن‌های مولفه‌ها می‌تواند زیرساختی برای انجام پژوهش بیشتر در حوزه آموزش و ترویج سواد آینده‌ها باشد.

چکیده [English]

This study describes the concept of Futures Literacy (FL), identifies the factors and components of this literacy and presents a framework and model of Futures Literacy (FL). To achieve this goal, the Systematic Literature Review (PRISMA) was selected, then 172 articles were found among which 84 were chosen. Using content analysis, significant phrases were extracted. Subsequently, by reviewing the obtained themes several times, 4 factors of Fancy, Training, Thinking, and Usage were identified. Next the components of FL were extracted from these factors along with their indicators. Following, the Futures Literacy Framework (FLF) was proposed, and then using Simultaneous Interpretive Structural Modelling and Weighting (SISMW), the Futures Literacy Model (FLM) was presented and the components were introduced according their importance. FLM has three levels. In the first level, the components of Communication, Dreaming, and Futures Research Methods are the most influential, and in the second level, the components of Learning, Human Agency, and Self-efficacy, and the third level consists of Critical Thinking, Awareness, Anticipation, and Uncertainty. The resulting model can be an utilized for further research in the field of education and advancement of Futures Literacy.
