سناریوهای جغرافیای مقاومت در برابر جغرافیای سلطه با الهام از رهنمودهای رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای (مد ظله‌العالی)

چکیده

تحولات ژئوپلیتیکی منطقه غرب آسیا نشان‌دهنده شکل‌گیری دو ساختار قدرت متضاد جغرافیای مقاومت و جغرافیای سلطه است که آینده سیاسی، امنیتی و تمدنی منطقه را تحت تأثیر قرار داده‌اند. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل آینده جغرافیای مقاومت در برابر جغرافیای سلطه، با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی اسلامی و تکنیک سناریونویسی، به بررسی روندهای کلیدی، پیشران‌های مؤثر و چشم‌اندازهای محتمل در تحولات ژئوپلیتیکی منطقه پرداخته است. پرسش اصلی تحقیق این است که با تکیه بر رهنمودهای امام خامنه‌ای، چه سناریوهایی برای آینده جغرافیای مقاومت در برابر جغرافیای سلطه در منطقه غرب آسیا قابل ترسیم است و هر یک چه پیامدهایی برای نظم سیاسی، امنیتی و تمدنی آینده دارند؟ پژوهش حاضر در زمره پژوهش‌های آینده‌پژوهی قرار دارد که با بهره‌گیری از «روش سه‌مرحله‌ای مبتنی بر عدم‌قطعیت‌های کلیدی» انجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که جغرافیای مقاومت در مسیر تثبیت و توسعه قرار دارد. در مقابل، جغرافیای سلطه در تلاش برای مقابله با این نظم جدید است. سناریونویسی نشان داد که چهار مسیر آینده شامل سناریوی مطلوب (پیروزی مقاومت)، سناریوی محتمل (مقاومت تحت فشار)، سناریوی بدبینانه (کاهش انسجام مقاومت) و سناریوی بحران (فروپاشی مقاومت) قابل تصور است. این یافته‌ها تأکید دارند که تقویت فناوری‌های نوین، توسعه اقتصاد مقاومتی، مدیریت جنگ نرم و تحکیم وحدت اسلامی، از مهم‌ترین راهبردهای پیش روی جغرافیای مقاومت برای دستیابی به آینده مطلوب است.

چکیده [English]

The geopolitical shifts in West Asia indicate the emergence of two opposing power structures: the geography of resistance and the geography of domination, which significantly influence the region’s political, security, and civilizational future. Objective: This study aims to analyze the future of the geography of resistance against the geography of domination using Islamic futures studies and scenario planning techniques to examine key trends, effective drivers, and probable outlooks in the geopolitical transformations of the region. Research Question: The central question of this research is: Based on Imam Khamenei’s strategic guidelines, what scenarios can be outlined for the future of resistance versus domination in West Asia, and what implications would each have for the region’s political, security, and civilizational order? Methodology: This study employs an analytical-descriptive approach to future studies, utilizing scenario planning techniques to extract key trends and influential drivers from Imam Khamenei’s statements. Additionally, a matrix of drivers and uncertainties is developed to analyze different future trajectories.The results indicate that the geography of resistance is on a path of consolidation and expansion, whereas the geography of domination is actively working to counter this emerging order. Scenario analysis suggests four possible future paths:Optimistic Scenario: Resistance prevails and expands, Probable Scenario: Resistance remains strong but faces severe pressure, Pessimistic Scenario: Resistance weakens due to internal fragmentation, Critical Scenario: Resistance collapses under extreme external pressures. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening advanced technologies, expanding economic resilience, managing soft warfare, and fostering Islamic unity as essential strategic pathways for achieving a desirable future for the geography of resistance.
