Regional orders have the first say in the new era of the international system. All evidence indicates that the unipolar-multipolar structure of the world system is moving towards a multipolar-multiaxial structure. There is consensus that in the new world order, the normative aspects are stronger than before. In such an era, the main manifestation and sign of which is "power dispersion", some of Iran's material weaknesses can be repaired to play an effective role in regional areas by taking advantage of the high semantic capacity of Islamic Iran. Of course, these can be realized if the country's foreign policy can make the most of these conditions by choosing the right regional priorities. A goal that is more accessible than before after going through the experience of the 12-Day War. In this context, the exploration of the regional priorities of the Iranian foreign policy in the future international system, from a constructivist perspective, has formed the main issue of this article. The findings of the article indicate that in the new international system, it is necessary for policymakers in the foreign policy apparatus to seek a balance between the two main and effective regions, "Iran's civilizational sphere/cultural Iran" and "the Arab-Asian Middle East." This claim was examined in this article by examining the type of reaction of the countries of these two regions to the 12-day war between Iran and Israel in June 2025, and it was determined that the continuation of the failure to pay attention to this region in the future international system will definitely be disastrous.
