طراحی و تصویر سازی مطلوب از «جهاد تبیین» در تقابل با پدیده جنگ شناختی مبتنی بر اندیشه های رهبری معظم انقلاب

چکیده

هدف: جنگ شناختی یا نبرد شناختی، نسل پنجم جنگ‌ها در ادبیات سیاسی و نظامی رایج در دنیا است که سه هدف اصلی فروپاشی اجتماعی، فروپاشی ساختاری و فروپاشی سرزمینی، از طریق دو راهبرد اصلی بی‌ثبات سازی و نفوذ به‌صورت هدفمند، با بهره گیری از مجموعه‌ای از فناوری‌های همگرا دنبال می کند. راه‌حل مقابله با جنگ شناختی در حوزه علوم اجتماعی و روان‌شناسی اجتماعی، آمادگی شناختی، توانمندسازی شناختی یا ارتقای شناختی شهروندان یک جامعه و کشور است که رهبری معظم انقلاب با تکیه ‌بر ادبیات بومی و اسلامی از آن تحت عنوان «جهاد تبیین» یا «نهضت روشنگری» تعبیر نموده اند. هدف این پژوهش طراحی و تبیین الگوی مفهومی جنگ شناختی وتصویر سازی مطلوب از جهاد تبیین در مقابله با جنگ شناختی است. روش: رویکرد پژوهش اکتشافی و روش پژوهش از نوع تحلیل محتوا با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانه ای و بیانات و رهنمودهای مقام معظم رهبری است. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که چنانچه جهاد تبیین به‌صورت صحیح و اصولی انجام گیرد می تواند به‌عنوان یک راهکار اثربخش در مواجهه و مقابله با جنگ شناختی در بعد روان شناسی شناختی و جامعه‌شناسی شناختی مفید واقع شود و به تقویت وحدت اجتماعی و بازسازی اعتماد عمومی منجر گردد. نتیجه گیری: پس از واکاوی مفهومی و ارائه مدل نظری از جنگ شناختی در بستر مجموعه ای از فناوری های همگرا، نسبت به طراحی الگو و تصویرسازی مطلوب از مسئله جهاد تبیین برگرفته از منظومه فکری رهبری معظم انقلاب اقدام ‌شده است و در بخش پایانی پژوهش، پیشنهادات و تجویزات راهبردی در خصوص مقابله با جنگ شناختی در سطح جامعه شناسی شناختی ارائه‌ شده است.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Cognitive warfare is the fifth generation of wars in the popular political and military literature in the world, where the three main goals are social collapse, structural collapse and territorial collapse, through the two main strategies of destabilization and targeted infiltration, using a set of convergent technologies follow. The solution to confront the cognitive war in the field of social sciences and social psychology is cognitive preparation, cognitive empowerment or cognitive improvement of the citizens of a society and country, which the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, relying on native and Islamic literature, called it "Jihad of Explanation" or "Enlightenment Movement". The purpose of this research is to design and explain the conceptual model of cognitive warfare and the basic model of explanatory jihad in dealing with cognitive warfare. Method: The research approach is exploratory and the research method is content analysis using library documents and the statements and guidelines of the Supreme Leader. Findings: The findings of the research show that if the explanatory jihad is carried out in a correct and principled way, it can be useful as an effective solution in facing and dealing with the cognitive war in the dimension of cognitive psychology and cognitive sociology and lead to the strengthening of social unity and restoration of public trust. Conclusion: After analyzing the concept and presenting a theoretical model of cognitive warfare in the context of a set of converging technologies, an explanation has been made regarding the design of the model and the optimal illustration of the problem of Jihad, taken from the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and in the final part of the research, suggestions have been made. And strategic prescriptions regarding dealing with cognitive warfare have been presented at the level of cognitive sociology.
